FM Cup 2026: the end of a season full of sunshine, friendship and joy of the game

After a long season packed with tough games, it was time to shake off some league pressure and simply enjoy lacrosse. And where better to finish than at the traditional Frankie’s Memorial Cup (FM Cup 2026)?

When results take a back seat

This time we did not bring calculators or detailed tactical plans for every minute. The scoreboard came second. For us, FM Cup has always been about something else: meeting friends from other teams, good vibes, laughing in the locker room and outside it, and the pure joy of the sport we all love.

A sunny weekend and good times on the floor

The weather was perfect. The sun was blazing, the mood in the team was great from the first minute and everyone enjoyed every moment on the floor. We played great games, tried out new plays without stress and, above all, reminded ourselves what a great crew we are at Bratislava Bats.

Thanks for the season

FM Cup was exactly the battery recharge we needed after a year of hard work in the league and on the international stage. Now we will take a well-deserved rest, recover our muscles and heads, and see each other at practice again soon.

Thanks to the FM Cup organisers for a great tournament, to our opponents for fair play and to our people for an amazing atmosphere all weekend.
