We have a new website. And we are looking for new Bats
After almost twenty years the club finally has one place where you can find everything. And above all: the door to practice is open.
We have been playing lacrosse in Bratislava since January 2007. In that time we have won five league titles, played seasons in the Czech league and tournaments across Europe, and most of us have made the Slovak national team.
One thing has not changed though: few people in Slovakia know about lacrosse. That is why this website exists.
What you will find here
- Game calendar – when and where we play, so you can come and cheer for us.
- Team – who the Bats are and where they came from.
- The path overseas – how lacrosse can take you to study and train in Canada and the USA.
- News – tournament recaps and interviews with players and coaches.
And above all: come and play
You don’t need gear or experience. We lend you a stick, helmet, gloves and pads. The first practices are free.
Faster than football. Tougher than hockey.
If you have played hockey, basketball or any other team sport, you will be surprised how quickly you pick it up. Sign up for practice and see for yourself.
